-Achieve Customer Service KPIs
- Account Management
Be the Person In Charge of current customers responsible for Team.
Create and carry out the AM plan and report back to the Manager.
Get feedback/testimonials from customers.
- Business Development
Handle ‘walk-in’ clients from website/marketing.
Create presentation and contract paperwork from the template.
Follow through to signing stage.
- Candidate Development
Achieve new candidate number targets
Assign candidates to standard lists.
- Team Role = member / coach to consultant.
- Bachelor holder English using ability
- At least 5 year working experience
- Experience in sourcing, recruitment activities is an advantage
- Proactive, good communication, hard working and result oriented.
- Full social insurance & annual leave as Labour Law 2019
- Taxi & phone allowance
- Teambuilding & Birthday party monthly/quarterly
- Commission
- Extra health insurance (PVI)
- Working location: HR2B"s Office, 5 Nguyen Gia Thieu, Thien Son Building, Dist 3, HCMC
