- Designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA processes in getting data, generating reports, and mailing automation.
- Identifying and analyzing the improvements for the current process.
- Build, manage, and customize a program of MS Access, SQL data server following request from management.
-Providing a solution to any identified and potential risks
- Automate tracking data input to the Cello system (FIS/VMS)
- Supporting Tracking teams in daily activities
- Responsible for setting up operational index and monitoring
- Responsible for understanding & gathering internal/external data to find the operational index
- Responsible for analyzing & identifying internal/external customer operation data to find Root-Causes, impacts, Opportunities, etc.)
- Responsible for finding insight and cooperating with the Tracking Center group to support developing
- RPA task & designing detailed solution in terms of process efficiencies, the system required
- Functionality enhancement, etc. for S.E.Asia subsidiarie-s

- Minimum 3 years experience in statistics, logistics, SCM, freight forwarding or shipping industry (required in SCM/Logistic Strategy & Process consulting experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or SCM or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent working experience
- Able to communicate clear and concise instructions in a professional manner
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervisor
- Fair English proficiency
- IT background (if any)
- Proficient in computer applications: Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Power BI

Work Location: Indochina Plaza Ha Noi, Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Working time: Monday - Friday (8.8 hours/day)
Salary range: Negotiate
