The Summit Huế 2025 officially opened with the VietHopeCareer Talk, a highly anticipated session designed to inspire and equipyoung people for their future careers. Under the theme From Campus to the Real World – Be ReadyEarly, Lead Early ”, the talk addressed the very questions thatstudents often ask themselves upon entering university: "Did I choose theright major?”, "How can I make the most of the next four years?”, "What do Ineed to secure a job after graduation?”
Leading the conversation were two distinguished speakers: Ms. Nguyễn Thị Bích Hồng, General Director of HR2B, and Ms. ĐặngTuyết Nhung, Regional Business Director at Manulife Vietnam. With years ofexperience in business and human resources, both shared practical, insightful,and heartfelt advice tailored to the challenges and opportunities awaitingtoday’s young generation.
Their session offered more than career tips. Students learned how to make theirCVs stand out among hundreds of applications, how to impress recruiters duringinterviews, and, most importantly, what essential skills they need to thrive inthe future of work: critical thinking, teamwork, effective communication, andadaptability in an era shaped by artificial intelligence.
The talk also reflected the spirit of curiosity and openness of VietHope’s F16 students, who actively engaged with thoughtful questions and demonstrated a strong desire to take charge of their own futures.
The Career Talk was not only a platform for knowledge-sharing but also a bridge to help students gain confidence in defining their career paths. With this event, VietHope proudly launched a meaningful seven-day journey of Summit Huế2025, continuing its mission to empower the next generation to build a brighter future.
