Decree No. 52/2014/ND-CP dated 23 May 2014 defining conditions, procedures for grant of permits for employment service activities of enterprises engaged in employment service activities, with effect from 15 July 2014 ("Decree 52”) replaced Decree No.19/2005/ND-CP dated 28 February 2005 defining conditions and procedures for the establishment and operation of job recommendation organizations as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 71/2008/ND-CP dated 5 June 2008.

HR2B decree 19 license was due to expire and we had to apply for a new one under the new Decree 52. After re-submission of our company detail the Labor Office made an inspection.

Within 5 days of the inspection HR2B was granted the new license valid until 2020.
