– Vietnamese national with at least a university degree;
– At least 5 years experience in HR employee relations / C&B / payroll service.
– Good Communication in Vietnamese and English
– Strong computer skills especially spreadsheets
– Calm, friendly, outgoing, experience of supervising staff
– Track record of customer service management;
