● Act as the main communication point for customers, suppliers, and shipyards in Japan. ● Learn and make effective use of the internal systems and software tools. ● Participate in and support project Kick-Off Meetings and assist in monitoring project progress. ● Stay up to date on relevant regulations and offer guidance to stakeholders when needed. ● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation for system and database setup. ● Track and follow up on customer requests, issues, and feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement. ● Translate presentations, manuals, and other documents from English to Japanese and vice versa.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Maritime, Engineering, or Languages preferred).
🇯🇵 Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N2 or above.
🇬🇧 English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (fluent in both spoken and written).
