Our association with HR2B recommenced with Pureit's acquisition by A.O. Smith in Vietnam. Transferring employees had to be onboarded, enrolled into payroll system, and registered under local retiral benefits, within a very short time span. HR2B led from the front in ensuring all of this was not only achieved successfully but also very professionally, with due transparency, timely communication and updates and degree of empathy towards employees. Post onboarding, HR2B team handled the monthly payroll, reporting and documentation in a highly methodical manner. They were pro-active, precise, responsive, and data based. Whenever situation demanded, they took the initiative in advising us on local laws and statutes that potentially affected our business and employees.
