The staff is always friendly, timely, and the English is very good. They are always open to discussion regarding features, prices, invoices, and ensure that all details are understood.
I was once given a spreadsheet with the detailed breakdown of the costs associated to an employee's pay. The spreadsheet was not so easy for me to follow. The format and labeling of the spreadsheet could be improved. Thankfully, the staff answered my questions and helped me through it to understand.
