1/ Sales:
• Deliver a luxury service to all clients.
• Responsible for the team target and all individuals target.
• Grow sales, always stay focused and take actions to achieve the store sales targets, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Develop customer database and create customer loyalty.
• Propose ideas and suggestions to Management levels to boost the sales.
• Maintain the Store’s sales performance in top Ranking at Shopping mall/ Department Store.

2/ Merchandising and inventory:
• Forecast stock needed to drive selling. Control inventory shortage.
• Take responsibilities for sales forecast, inventory management, replenishment, stock deliveries, etc.
• Ensure the level of store's visual standards, and their perfect match with the brand's standards in accordance with guidelines.
• Ensure regular audits and stock takes.
• Be alerted of stock status to conduct sales optimization.

3/ Management:
• Manage day-to-day store operations and all aspects of the store (store images, VM, BAs, customer services, assets, safety, hygiene, etc.).
• Manage and supervise BAs. Arrange working schedule for BAs, check and monitor working shifts, BA grooming.
• Track each BA’s performance, ensure all team members receive the right support to reach their best potential.
• Always be present and resolve any internal problems or customer complaints at the store if any.

4/ Others:
• Provide daily, bi-weekly, monthly reports.
• Other tasked as assigned by the Management.

• Well-groomed. Graduated from High School / College or above.
• Minimum 3-year experience working for luxury beauty brands, with at least 1-year experience at similar position (Store Manager or Shift Leader)
• Good leadership. Dynamic, professional and be motivated by KPI's challenges.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Good at POS system, office computer skills, English communication.

- Time: 8 hours/shift
- Location:: Lotte Mall West Lake (1st store), Lotte Lieu Giai, Vincom Ba Trieu

- Basic salary: 15 mil gross
- Social Insurance & Annual leave
- Incentives based on sales revenue
