- Do counter and workshop Inventory
- Submit and provide tester to counters to ensure tester are always available
- Manage well expiry date of stock by updating the production date of stock, sending to stores to check and report to Sales Manager
- Ensure stock are enough for selling by checking SOH every week and allocate stocks if needed.
- Ensure brand image is always in guideline by checking all counters document, tools and equipment are always available such as leaflets, beauty tools, consultation cards...or receiving maintenance requests from counters and order to suppliers; be responsible of VMD jobs
- Ensure BA are well trained and deliver standard customer service to customers
- Support sales team to organize and prepare all testers, material and man-power for workshop
- Do all administrative works such as collect, check and summarize duty roster and Timesheet of all counters
- Manage and supply uniforms, stationeries, beauty tools... to counters.
- Prepare daily, monthly and promotion reports
- Ensure Incentive and others benefits of Bas are paid on time by preparing and extract data from POS to send to HR dept on time
- Manage and control all transportation fee of team to ensure profit are met with guideline
- Maintain compliance of BA with all company policies and procedure by checking history of sales daily and communicate with department stores management team
- Achieve the target: Sales, P/L, KPI (SPD, Inventory rate, Customers,...)


- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel)
- Good coaching and training skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Associate degree preferred


- Work location: District 1 - HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Report to: Sales Manager
- Salary: 20 - 25Mil Gross + 13th month salary + Attractive benefit
