2 to 3 years of management
Relevant Experience in similar role
The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly
The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
To manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store, ensuring the team members are engaging, acknowledging, courteous, develop an excellent product knowledge to engage with the customers.
