Communicate directly with Japanese director, web director to determine their requirements of the project・Learn, interpret/translate for terminology used in the IT industr
Read the requirements of the project and pass them on to the development team and translate project specification documents
Online meetings with the director in Japan to discuss projects, technical solutions, and how to proceed with the project and directive development team in Vietna
Support to test products
Report to the manager.

Japanese level (JLPT) N2 equivalent or similar
More than 1 year of experience as IT Communicator.
Experience in web app development for Japanese offshore projects
Ability to process information and identify problems quickly
Good communication skills
High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit
Capable of providing ideas to improve work quality to managers

・Performance review: Once a year (November)
