Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function.
 Adheres to company Policy and Procedures
 Acts as a role model within and outside the company
 Performs duties as workload necessitates
 Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
 Communicates regularly with Managements about Department issues
 Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
 Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position

Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Managements for improvement of Company's policies, procedures, and practices on human resource matters such as Recruitment, Salary, Compensation and benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relation, Legal part/working with authorities.
 Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and insures company's compliance
 Arrange human resource survey to enhance employee’s satisfaction ratio to organization
 Participates on committees, and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.
 Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
 Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets company personnel information needs
 Supervises the staff of the Human Resources Department.

- Manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business.
- Create procedures for sourcing, screening and hiring personnel;
 Analyze and implement short and long range staffing plans based on productivity objectives and forecasted volume Requirements.
 Develop employee branding stratergy which create good internal and external images through human resource mission.
Salary, Compensation and Benefit:
 Control Payroll Calculation and Social Insurance and other HR internal and expternal reports.
 Develop salary structure, annual performance appraisal and job description/KPIs setting for each position;
- Propose remuneration and incentive policies for the Board of Directors’approval;
 Coordinates and/or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.

Training & People Development:
 Implement and develop New Hire Training to help new member integrate with company’s culture, operation & expectation.
 Work closely with management/ supervisors to conducts training and development needs assessments to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance.

Analyze, forecast and prepare budgets related training.
 Oversee internal training courses as well as liaise with external training providers.
 Implement and follow up Succession Planning Program as the key to retain, reward and manage talents.

Employee Relations:
 Solve staffing problems and improve HR administration;
 Maintain discipline for the whole company as well as create motivation for all employees.
Responsible for clinic on medical examination and treatment for staff.
 Represent the HR Department at appropriate internal and external meetings with team member, partners, and trade union.
Develop other effective communication channels between Company & employees.
 Provide professional expertise to ensure that decisions on HR matters are made in accordance with good employment practices, HR policies and procedures, legislative requirements.
 Communicates changes in the company personnel policies and procedures and insure proper compliance is followed.
 Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, and/or as directed by the CEO on personnel matters.
Legal part, working with authorities:
 Ensure all employment terms and conditions are aligned with the company’s provision and governmental legislations.
- Deal with governmental authorities on functional HR related issues.
- Advise the management and employees on updated labour law and legal regulations.


- At least 8-10 year experience in Human Resources and 4 years in Human Resource Director/Manager in big Organizations/ MNC Companies
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
 Good communication & negotiation skills
 Good command of English
 Good computer skills
 Good problem solving skills
 Strong leadership skills
