▪ Formulate, recommend and monitor compensation and benefits programs and packages to attract, retain and motivate employees and ensure the programs and packages are in line with the company’s strategy and of national interest;
▪ Oversee standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures to ensure the company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner, and interview management level candidates;
▪ Make monthly payroll and do salary payment;
▪ Check on Social & Health Insurance Reports as well as follow up other insurance such as Accident Insurance
▪ Develop, implement and oversee the training and development programs to upgrade the skills of the employee and to enhance the company’s capabilities towards meeting its goals, objectives and future challenges.
▪ Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with the employee handbook and government laws and regulations such as annual leave, sick leave, PIT..., establish a positive employer-employee relationship;
▪ Supervise on Confirmation Letter, Employment Contract, Staff Performance Appraisal as well as processing Staff movement: Promotion, Annual increment, Resignation and Warning letter
▪ Exchange knowledge and information with other facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the organization;
▪ Arrange, monitor and supply the general administration such as (stationery, office equipment, power issues, gardener, transportation.....), provide excellent service to all the staff;
▪ Staff welfare: Annual dinner, Staff Birthday, Uniform, Sports, outgoing...
▪ Assist and advise senior management on Human Resources issues, and keep good relationship with related government departments plus promote industrial harmony.

Requirements


➢ Bachelor Degree in related subjects. Proficient and knowledgeable in laws and other government rules and regulations related to Human Resources.
➢ Minimum 5 years Human Resources management working experience in a manufacturing company, or equivalent .
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intercultural sensitivity
➢ Team player & Result-oriented
➢ Competent in All MS application
➢ Working knowledge of HR systems
➢ Good command of English

- Salary: 60Mil gross/ month
- 13th month of salary
- Bonus 30% of annual package
