- Lead the sales team to develop the business of the company's core verticals (ie. Hangers, poly bag, label & ticket, RFID, E-commerce)
- Lead the sourcing team to develop the supply chain (polybag, label & ticket, RFID)
- Lead the customer service team and planning team to improve customer satisfaction
- Develop the policy and Standard Operation Procedures in the sales & marketing team
- Promote marketing campaign and activities to improve the company’s brand recognition
- Maximizing the profits from existing customers and new customers
- Build long term relationships with customers
- Conduct market research about customers' demand, competitors and new development
- Deploy the assigned tasks and actively update the progression
- Ensure that all follow-up processes and activities are accomplished according to Company policies
- Coordinate closely with other departments to increase customer satisfaction
- Liaise to Group's account managers for development and executions
- Foresee and manage the potential risk
- Coach and train the team's members


1. Education:
- Bachelor Degree Graduated or Above (Major in Business, Management, Finance are preferable)
2. Languages:
- Fluently communication in English (Capability of communicating in Korean or Chinese is preferable)
3. Technology:
- Understanding about digitalization, Ai, Technology (Having knowledge about RFID, SAP S4Hana, E-commerce is preferable)
4. Professional:
- Minimum 5 years in international business at the leadership role
- Minimum 5 years in packaging, logistic, garment, textile
