Develop a rapport with new clients, provide support for retaining existing accounts by following up, presenting solutions services to clients for achieving quarterly sales targets detailed in the annual business plan for each HR service line (currently Payroll Outsourcing, Staff Outsourcing and Consulting).
Create yearly forecast and agree business development targets for the team with Director. Create weekly/monthly/quarterly team targets and monitor progress.
Manage the activities of BD team for developing business of the company.
Ensure the team consistently and completely implements all steps of the sales process and suggest improvements.
Create and monitor the creation of service quotations that follow standards in terms of response time to the client, operational team involvement, and gross margin estimates.
Drive the team to close deals and keep potential customer relationships until a signed contract, then handover new clients to operations department following process.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews of team members and bonus suggestions.
Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging across all sales and marketing materials.
Co-ordinate with operating teams keep costing models up to date so there is a clear view of the expected margin for each quotation.
Input market information to the annual sales plan and generate team quarterly sales plans that meet or exceed the final agreed targets.
Organise market research around ‘ideal customer’ profiles for each service and up to date market maps for each service / industry group.
Agree best approach to market with Director for large/key potential customers and arrange push them to get meetings.
Be the ‘Business Development’ expert solving problems and provide advice across the organisation.
Contribute to strategy by providing up to date market information including competitor information.


At least 5 years experience of sales of a professional service in Vietnam, B2B Sales experience is essential; Or at least 5 years working in a foreign company or with a foreign company;
Proven sales track record in sales, ability to negotiate and influence clients in professional services sector;
A flair for negotiation and networking.
Demonstrated ability to ‘close’ and handle complex pricing / service scope negotiations;
English language
Professional look and attitude;
Highly organized and energetic.
