- Be responsible for analysing and developing the strategy for Expanding overseas customer network and selling company products
- Carry out market research analysis, product research analysis and other relevant information in designated market.
- Identify and develop new businesses to expand the company product range and build the distributor & customer database.
- Working with Marketing department to design the marketing activities like event, sampling... in order to bring the product to designated market.
- Make sales strategy & sales plan (target market, channel, product distribution, product coverage, pricing, payment term...) to propose to General Director.
- Build and maintain the international distributor. Working with customers on selling price, payment terms and delivery condition; Studying the bidding docs; Working out the Model Room Samples for Customer’s review.
- Set up, allocate sales plan and setting up the budget. Compare the revenues with expenses. Manage, control expenses compare with approved budget.
- Coordinate with other department like planning, production, legal to make sure product sold with profitability & legality.
- Other tasks as directed by General Director on business development.

Requirements


- Bachelor degree on Economic, foreign trade, marketing or equivalent.
- Have a deep knowledge in technical of indoor furniture
- Be able to read CAD drawing
- Very good at English and MS office skills.
- At least 5 years of experience leadership sales position, in selling product to international market outside Vietnam
- Ability to approach and persuade the client, a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Advanced analytical and Problem solving skills, and negotiating with suppliers.
