 Mr.Long Vu Staffing Manager - HR2B
After graduating from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City in 2005, I started my career as a staff in the Material department at Saigon Kymdan JSC for 4 years. This position helped me to improve communication skills, dealing with supplier and numeric data management.In 2009, with a desire to improve my knowledge, I joined the Master Of Business Administration course by Columbia Southern University. After finishing my MBA degree in 2011, I joined D.C Technology Co. Ltd.. At D.C Technology, I became to cum Human Resource Supervisor. I was in charge of all HR functions, including: Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Benefits & Compensation. In addition, as an assistant to CEO I also joined the process of setting up of company strategic policy and development, serve as project leader in setting up company’s KPI System.
I joined HR2B in Sep 2018 as Staffing Supervisor and got promotion to Staffing Manager from Jan 2022. I believe my solid experience in Human Resource Management will enable me to deliver world class customer service and operational excellence to our clients. |
