- To process all online and offline stores’ orders
- Ensure product listing information are consistent across all online ecommerce stores
- Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets
- Maintain healthy stock level, update prices, and product description across all online ecommerce stores
- Devise Strategic Marketing Plans for Online Stores to achieve sales targets
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase online traffic across all online ecommerce stores
- Analyse competitors’ online marketing activities
- Report on sales performance, and provide necessary suggestions and implementations for improvement
- Prepare and upload product listing including content writing for various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Facebook, Shopify
- Receive and response to eCommerce customer inquiries. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails
- Managing eCommerce customer’s comment and review through social media
- Liaise with warehouse pertaining to change in deliveries’ information
- Liaise with factory and shipping company pertaining to incoming shipments
- Other administrative duties - running of sales reports
- To assist in attending to walk-in customers

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Business/ Marketing or related
discipline.
- Preferred at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing-ecommerce platforms
- Strong organizational and good communication skills
- Must be able to speak English
- Must be proficient in MS office e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge in improving products’ ranking in particular Lazada and Shopee is highly
advantageous
