- Tracking and analysis of key business methods , growth initiatives and key organisations’ performance
- Understanding key organisations business flows , identifying the key success factors and best practices
- Collaboration with Metrics team to provide timely analysis of business metrics to sales team on Regional & local initiatives
- Tracking effectiveness of promotions , events ,activities – post analysis of results .
- Supporting Sales team/ local leaderships on training needs , powerpoint presentations, sales materials and tools.
- University degree or above.
- 3 year experience in Sales
- Trade marketing experience is preferred.
- Commercial awareness and acumen.
- Good balance of business planning skills and operational experience.
- Driving and managing projects.
- Analytical skill
- Influencing and impacting.
- Interpersonal skill.
- Travel is required
- Written and spoken English
- MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
