- Main job purpose: Advise and prepare documents for transactions and compliance matters in Vietnam under the supervision of legal counsel.
- Key responsibilities:
▪ Review and advise on legally biding documents (from NDA, IT agreements to complex legal documents...) under the supervision of CLC, SLCD, LCAD
▪ Assist Legal Counsels as directed or as required, such as providing research, analysis on related matters
▪ Assist the Compliance team as directed or as required, such as providing research, analysis on related matters
▪ Support Compliance Officer to make disclosure/reporting in accordance with the law for the array assigned to the L&C department.

- Skills and qualifications required:
• Bachelor of Law or above
• Vietnamese related commercial regulations and laws
• English communications (writing and speaking)
- Experience required:
• At least 3-year working experience with an international law firm.
