Job Description

*About the Role We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester to join the QA team in Vietnam. You will design, build, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of our web applications. The role involves collaboration with Vietnam development and UK product teams in an Agile environment.*What You’ll Do -Lead automation (~70%) and manual testing (~30%) for functional, regression, and performance tests. -Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks (Playwright + TypeScript). -Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). -Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI. -Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess testability, and ensure coverage. -Mentor junior testers and promote QA best practices. -Contribute to defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of QA frameworks.

Job Requirements

*What We’re Looking For
-3+ years in automation testing, 4–5 years total QA experience.
-Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, TypeScript, and at least one other language (JavaScript, Java, or Python).
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
-Solid understanding of API testing and test automation best practices.
-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and test management tools (Jira, YouTrack, TestRail).
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

*Education
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
