Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Oversee operations on a daily basis to ensure all employees follow local and cooperate safety regulations;. ● Cooperate with relevant departments to improve the work environment is in safe condition; ● Handle and investigate occupational incidents or hazards ● Prepare risk assessment reports and propose improvement solutions. ● Maintain and enforce safety requirements for new machinery and equipment, processes, and materials; ● Identify potential risks, cooperate with medical staff, to figure out the solution to improve employee’s health; ● Manage PPE delivery and usage efficiency. ● Conduct regular training on occupational safety and fire prevention. ● Build and develop a sustainable HSE management system.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Major/Subject: Labor Safety, Environmental Engineering, and related technical fields;
● Education Level: University
● Language Skills: Level C
● Knowledge of HSE regulations;
● Good communication and problem-solving skills.
● At least 3 years of experience
● Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications:
● HSE certification is an advantage
● Priority is given to knowing Chinese
