Lead Iron Casting Simulation & Mold Design Engineer

+ 5–15 years of hands-on experience in metal casting (preferable for Iron malleable, gray iron & ductile).
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field
+ Proficiency in Casting methods, Metal Casting, and Die Casting processes
+ Knowledge of Simulation techniques and tools to optimize mold design and casting operations
+ Expert user of simulation software as icast, Magmasoft or equivalent professional simulation software (ProCAST, icast,FLOW-3D CAST, AnyCasting, NovaFlow&Solid, etc.)
+ Full command of SolidWorks for mold and core design; additional experience in other software is welcome.
+ Proven track record of reducing defects, improving yield and accelerating new product introduction through simulation-driven design and prototyping.
+ Knowledgeable in Project Management
+ Knowledge of fittings and valves (ideal but not essential)
+ Strong understanding of Metallurgy principles and their practical applications in casting
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to manage projects effectively
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
+ Fluent technical English (mandatory)
