Job Description

** Mission To lead automation engineering projects in the area of assignment, e.g., electrical, electronics, software application and assist in electrical maintenance for the machinery & equipment in Plant & Utilities while ensuring that people's health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.** Responsibilities + Identify opportunities for automation in overall operation. + Designs, develops, and implements automated systems to improve efficiency, safety, reduce human error and optimize processes. + Develop and implement software/ program that controls and monitors mechanical/electrical systems. + Troubleshoot equipment and process issues related to automation. + Collaborate with other engineers and personnel to develop and improve systems. + Collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process + Assist in new Investments & carry out Installation of fresh electrical components and fittings + Supervise electrical works when new projects are undertaken + Help the organization to reduce energy costs + Prepare documentation and reports on automation projects. + Prepare and control the budget plan for Automation/Digitalization related activities. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. + Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and techniques. + Ensure the compliance of Lean, 5S, SHE on the relevant tasks.

Job Requirements

** Key Competencies
+ Working experience in automation projects for at least 3 years.
+ Relative technical university/ college
+ Mechatronic or Automation degree
+ PLC knowledge (Experience in PLC: coding, editing, problem solving and modification)
+ Experience in PLC (SIEMENS S7, Delta, MISHUBISHI, Allen Bradley, OMRON…)

** Key soft skills
+ Ability to comprehend and adhere to health and safety regulations and standards
+ Proactive to anticipate problems and quickly find solution
+ Ability to analyze situations and provide prompt solution
+ Ability to generate innovative ideas and techniques
+ Ability to plan, organize, and direct project activities
+ Bilingual skills in Vietnamese & English
+ Team worker and clear in communication
