How we recruit?
- Candidate submits CV
- First-round interview and assessment test (with the HR department)
- Second-round interview (with the Hiring Manager)
- Final interview
- Reference check
- The Hiring Manager provides feedback on the results.
- Prepare proposal documents and submit to the Deputy General Director / General Director for approval
- Contact and collect personal information to prepare the offer letter
- Call the candidate to sign the offer letter
