The client of HR2B is a Japanese-based technology and HR-tech company that builds digital products for global clients. We develop a wide range of solutions including web applications, mobile apps, VR/AR applications, backend systems, and AI-powered talent assessment tools.

-The company develops many kinds of projects, both their own and for clients. This includes web applications, mobile apps, VR/AR, and games.-What They Do: Build Web Applications Build iOS/Android Applications Build xR Applications (like VR/AR) Create CG/VFX Create 3D/2D Illustrations and Graphics Build Static Websites Offer IT/Technical Consulting-Their 5 Strengths: Small, Skilled Team with Freedom: They are a small team of skilled people. You will have a lot of freedom and work with many different technologies.-Mostly Technical Staff, Diverse Team: About 90% of their team are engineers. They have team members from many different countries. They Do Everything In-House: They handle everything ourselves, from planning and ideas to development and running the projects.-CEO Understands Technology: Their CEO is an engineer, so he understands technology very well. *As a Backend Engineer, your main tasks will be: Understand Client Needs: Work with Project Managers (PMs) to understand what clients need for web applications.

-Design Systems: Design how data works, how screens connect, and how the program logic works, based on client needs.

-Build APIs: Create APIs mainly using Python (Django) or Rust (Actix-web).

-AWS Infrastructure & CI/CD: Build and manage infrastructure, and set up CI/CD (automatic testing and deployment) using AWS.

-Code Reviews: Join code reviews with other team members to ensure good quality and consistent code.

-Share Knowledge: Do pair programming to share technical knowledge and work together.

-Required Skills: Backend Development: Experience in backend development, especially with Python or similar languages.

-Database Design: Experience in designing databases.

-AWS Infrastructure: Experience building and managing infrastructure using AWS.

-Japanese for Work: Experience using Japanese for work.

-Japanese Language Level: Japanese N3 level or higher.
