Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management & Target Achievement
Develop, execute, and monitor sales plans to achieve revenue and profit goals
according to the approved budget.
Oversee sales performance, product availability, inventory levels, and account
receivables.
2. Market Development & Key Customer Relations
Maintain and expand the customer base among dermatologists, clinics, hospitals,
and aesthetic centers.
Build and strengthen long-term professional relationships with key doctors, KOLs,
and healthcare partners.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business
opportunities in the medical aesthetics industry.
3. Coordination with Marketing
Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize product launches, medical
workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Ensure product communication materials and promotional activities are aligned with
brand positioning and comply with healthcare industry standards.
Provide market feedback and support content adaptation to suit target medical
audiences.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and motivate the Medical Sales Representatives to achieve individual
and team targets.
Supervise field activities, visit planning, and doctor engagement quality.
Set clear KPIs and incentive plans, and organize regular product and sales training
sessions.
5. Reporting & Internal Coordination
Prepare regular business reports, analyze performance data, and propose
improvement plans.
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to ensure
smooth coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a medical sales management within the
pharmaceutical, medical device, or cosmeceutical industry.
Skills:
o Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
o Fluent in English (spoken and written).
o Familiar with working in a medical and professional environment (doctors,
clinics, hospitals).
o Proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
o Capable of coaching and inspiring the sales team.
Preferred:
Existing network with dermatologists, clinics, or hospitals.
Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmeceutical, or skincare professional
products.
