Drive sales growth and market share for the Building Management System (BMS) Controls and/or HVAC business in Vietnam and/or other EC countries such as Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar etc. if required. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the regional sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution. - Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with business objectives. - Identify growth opportunities in BMS controls and HVAC related segments. - Customer & In-direct Channel Management - Manage relationships with key customers, system integrators, and channel partners. - Drive dealer engagement and ensure compliance with pricing and policy guidelines. - Set clear KPIs and monitor performance regularly. - Market Development - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Work with marketing and product teams to position solutions effectively. - Forecasting & Reporting - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. - Provide regular business updates to leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
– 5+ years of sales experience in BMS controls, HVAC, or building automation industry.
– Strong technical knowledge in BMS controls, HVAC, or building automation industry.
– Proven track record in managing sales and achieving targets.
– Strong understanding of channel management and dealer networks.

– Strategic thinking and execution capability.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to lead and motivate teams.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
