1. Performance Management System: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals, promoting employee engagement and development. Design and manage performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance. Manage and maintain the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all current regulations. Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of the performance evaluation process. Conduct market research and analysis to establish competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent. Organize training sessions and guide employees on the performance evaluation process. Analyze evaluation data and provide reports and improvement recommendations. 2. Liaison with Headquarters: Collaborate with HQ to develop and implement performance-based incentive programs. Handle tasks related to HR activities connecting with the parent company. Provide regular and ad-hoc HR reports on the subsidiary's HR status. 3. Assistant to the HR Manager: Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies. Participate in meetings, prepare documents, and take meeting minutes. Participate in training activities as an interpreter and Korean language instructor. Handle the reception of Korean delegations. Perform other tasks as required by the HR Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields.
3-5 years of C&B experience, preferably in performance management.
Excellent communication skills in English. Fair command of Vietnamese.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
