Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients on the selection, application, and optimization of lubricant products.
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary technical contact and addressing inquiries and challenges effectively.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lubricant products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues and complaints related to lubricant products promptly and effectively.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver technical training programs for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and application.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to align technical service efforts with business goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical support interactions, product performance, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
3-5 years of experience in technical service or a related role in the lubricant industry.
Strong technical knowledge of lubricants, additives, and their applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
