Report to Customer Service Payroll Manager
Lead the Shared Service team to support the HR2B Payroll team.
Act as Personal Assistant to Customer Services Payroll Manager.
Work closely with Team Leaders, Accountants, and IT.
Located in Ho Chi Minh City office
Vietnamese national with at least a university degree;
> 2 years experience in HR employee relations / C&B / payroll service;
Good Communication in Vietnamese and English;
Strong computer skills especially spreadsheets, data entry, merge documents;
Calm, friendly, outgoing, and experienced in supervising staff;
Highly organized and accurate, able to handle many tasks at one time.
