Responsibilities:
● Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with
Merchandising Manager
● Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of
designated product areas
● Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges
● Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season, allocating certain
amounts of stock, to each outlet, throughout the season.
● Coordinating activities flows within internal teams/functions
● Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
● Support execution of in-season activities which include repeat orders, markdowns
& consolidation.
● Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or
delays as they arise
● Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance
● Managing, training and supervising junior staff
● Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season, allocating certain

● Weekly/ Monthly Sell through Report
● Any others ad-hoc tasks or project as assigned.
● Updating Master Listing, Returns
● Any others ad-hoc tasks or project as assigned.

Requirements:
● Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
● At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail footwear industry
● Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
● Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast
pace environment
● Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure Bilingual, proactive and
strong analytical skills
● Meticulous and good communication skills
● Strong presentation and report-writing skills

Base salary: up to 25,000,000 VND gross, open for negotiations.
