- Work as part of Admissions Teams and drive sales of our programs on school's three campuses academy through telesales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers
- Maintain a daily high volume of outbound calls to customers (your first priority)
- Work with the team to refine your sales message and quickly convert leads to school applicants
- Develop proper messaging and product understanding of the programs to advise new leads on best potential academic pathways for them at the academy.
- Work with the team on strategies, collaborate cross functionally and funnel individual sales leads into program applications.
- Participate in events that build brand awareness and increase customer interest
- Meet goals and work under pressure, multi-task, and want to work in an environment with very few restrictions.
- Be a creative but strategic thinker - with a passion for details.
- Provide excellent pre-and post-sales customer service and support
- Build and maintain relationships with families and work towards following years of enrollment.
- Have a flexible attitude towards work - you are not, and do not wish to be a 9-5 person.
- Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and fellow Admissions Sales Consultants
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven success record
- Fierce initiative and implementation of personal sales goals
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Learner’s mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships, internally & externally
- Exceptional telephone skills and confidence to engage with leads
- Strong capacity for messaging of program components
- Success resolving difficult customer concerns
- Positive mindset and work ethic required
