- Lead a team of sales executives responsible for the identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities across a diverse range of industries and sectors in Vietnam
- Drive the execution of sales strategies through local operations and strategic partners
- Ensure prompt and accurate generation of quotations for inquiries
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of the financial health and sales performance as well as on the key market drivers and dynamics through monthly sales reporting.
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team in Vietnam to drive and support lead generation initiatives
- Provide sales and product training and coaching at the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with the clients, prospects and partners through regular customer visits with local sales as well as timely address of customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments
- Minimum 5 years in Sales at managerial level, prefer candidates in Food industry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong sales and/or business development track records
- Dynamic self-starter who possess strong business acumen, process orientation and versatility to thrive in a matrix organisation
- Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives
- Resourceful with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
