Duties:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the lubricant sector.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding our footprint in existing markets.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their lubrication needs and providing tailored solutions.
Technical Support: Offer technical expertise to clients, guiding them on lubricant selection and application to optimize performance and efficiency.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the lubricant sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to drive informed sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven sales experience in the lubricant industry.
Exceptional understanding of lubricant products, applications, and market dynamics.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
