Duties:
To develop and sell services for industrial refrigeration after the market.
He/she will have a sales target to achieve and he will need to handle operations
He/she will need to manage the Sales team to meet the team's sales target
He/she will need to control the Service team, schedule, and equipment to execute secured jobs to meet the revenue target
To maintain the existing customer base and develop a new customer base
Formulate and provide monthly sales activity reports and necessary sales plans and reports for the business using CRM.
Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback on important information such as competitors' activities, products, prices, business performance and promotional programs. Develop necessary sales strategies to ensure the company excels in the F&B and Oil & Gas business.
Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior.
Engineering Degree onwards or equivalent
5 years and above experience in the F&B industry (will be an advantage if have experience in Oil & Gas industry), experience in managing a sales team, formulating sales strategies & plans, and business financial skills
Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
Must be a proactive team player and able to lead a sales team
Basic knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
