- Acquire and build up relationship with new customer.
- Perform comprehensive review and assessment of risk
- Review and recommend all kinds of credit analysis reports or material for getting approval from authority concerned.
- Assist Marketing Head in performing certain administration & planning task in the Marketing department.
- Coach Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)
- Show a sound communication skill when negotiate with other departments. - Deliver proper financial products to customers

- Bachelor Degree (prefer in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent)
- Fluent in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing).
- Good negotiation skills.
- RM or PM experience in commercial banking for over 5 years.
Total banking experience over 10 years.
