1. Carry out recruitment following regulation and SOP;
2. Be in charge of procedure for new employees including health check, data input, labor contract and orientation training;
3. Build candidate pool by various sources/activities...
4. Manage recruitment module of Company website and service job advertisement websites;
5. Corporate with other members of recruitment team to achieve the targets;
6. Take part in projects/ events led by HR;
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English or related majors;
2. Job requirements:
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Have skill on digital literacy, interview and selecting and situation judgment
- Have commercial awareness
- Can – do attitude and passion on recruitment.
3. Years of Experience:
- Experience is an advantage.
