o Context
- Report to the General Director HR2B;
- Work with other HR2B staff on projects;
- Located in Ho Chi Minh City office (80 seats);
o Job Content
- Manage and operate the telephone system train user and track handsets.
- Issue and track company equipment and access to systems;
- Door Cards / ID Cards
- Telephones (mobile and fixed line)
- Computer equipment
- Workspace
- IT system access approvals
- Manage the meeting rooms (7) in the HCMC office, including bookings system, cleaning, facilities in the room;
- Effectively deal with visitors, sign them in and issue visitor cards (10 to 15 per day);
- Organise the stationary for the office and take deliveries, track usage;
- Organise the mail and package deliver for the office and track usage;
- Be the ‘safety’ person for the office and ensure that all people know about the safety procedures for the building;
- Work with building management and fit-out contractors on minor maintenance of the office;
- Organise internal employee communications (meetings, newsletters, etc)
- Organise employee events with Trade Union.

Requirements


- At least 1 years work experience.
- A good communicator, you will have a clear speaking voice on the telephone and send simple and clear email messages.
- You will be familiar with working on a database, saving and retrieving information.
- You will know how to operate modern office equipment such as voicemail and fax machines.
- Experience at running employee social events
