- Maintain a close connection with contractors, owners, architect, distributors, dealers
- Coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budget of project/retail development execution in the respective regions.
- Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term project/retail sales network.
- Align with a marketing plan to propose key project/retail activities
- Advice on problem-solving methods if there are any complaints
- Coordinate the activities in the respective regions in order to achieve the sales objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to decision-makers, distributors/dealers to increase awareness of the importance and profitability
- College graduate or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept.
- At least three years of experience in project/retail development or Sales management preferably gained from plumbing or consumer durable manufacturing industries, and three years of experience in managing distributor and market development. Good training, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
