A. Overall Purpose:
- Work with Global & Regional to develop product communication, research and implementation plans. Responsible for product intelligence from product performance, customer attitudes and product performance improvements.
- Responsible for customer insight (research), business intelligence, forecasting and business performance analysis
- Lead the strategic planning activities including AOP Process, forecasting, identifying & driving country sources of growth etc
- Provide expertise and advice to high managers based on marketing and business intelligence to ensure country marketing strategies are developed and implemented to achieve goals
- Project management of on-going research projects, Improve / enhance country reporting templates, present analytical presentation and commendations to key projects.
- Providing data analysis and analytical business cases to management regarding the direction of both strategic and tactical products/programs as required.
- Develop product communication, pricing and implementation plan as needed, product orientation of new staff,
- Provide data analysis and analytical business cases to management regarding the direction of both strategic and tactical products.
- Effectively manage the stakeholders and thier expectation

- Experience in project management, planning, research and analysis, developing market intelligence
- 2 years in marketing or business analysis position (in Express environment is an advantage)
- Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting
- Must be good at spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Required skills: presentation, analysis, planning, decision making, result orientation, teamwork and communication skills.
