1. People Management
• Leadership role model across site for all elements – safety, quality , the company's excellence
• Ensuring Group and Country HR Processes compliance
• Ensuring the comapny's standard organisational structure is implemented
• Ensuring efficient dialog with site union/workers council, compliance to agreements
• Ensure that robust people development plans and succession planning are in place and progressing
• Ensure people planning is aligned with demand plan and seasonality
• Ensure people performance management processes are followed – individual performance appraisals are managed appropriately according to group standards
• Point of contact for external stakeholders
2. Process Management
• Ensuring the plant PMS and standard meeting and reporting systems and processes are adhered to
• Ensure the company production standards are complied with through active process confirmation
• Ensuring Lean TPM problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day performance gaps and chronic issues
• Responsible for the development of site strategy
• Ensuring E2E cooperation within supply chain and as a part of country management team
3. Performance Management
• Setting, managing the site financial budget (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Setting, managing the site KPI’s
• Ensuring the sharing of best practices within the site and with group counterparts.
4. Functional Specific Management
• Ensure key site KPIs are implicitly understood and managed efficiency at an appropriate level (Eg: OEE, RFT, Loss, Utilities consumptions, Taste Score, RFT, LTAR, etc.)
• Ensures compliance to Group COM standards
• Supporting group Production initiatives; eg VIPEX, NPD initiatives and Capital Projects


1. Education and Experience:
• University degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Biological or Food Sciences).
• 5 years plus experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in managing budgets, developing people and plant and delivering performance improvements through Lean TPM methodology.
2. Language skills:
• Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
