- Work with Service Line Managers on Competency Framework, Modules, learning objectives;
- Supervise the build this out into lectures;
- Design a system of implementation.
- Monitor implementation this system with Service Line Managers.
- Report results to Management team and adjust system with feedback.
- Plan for L&D headcount and get approval from Management team.
- Recruit, induct, daily manage, develop L&D team.
- Run performance reviews and suggest bonus payments.
- Consult on non CPD L&D solutions
- Gather needs
- Generate options
- Present and gain approval
- Monitor implementation and report result.
- Suggest improvements.
- 5 years Experienced HR Professional with learning and development background.
- Capacity to design competency framework,
- Proven track record in running programs for professional staff.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of computer skills.
- Quality experience of managing a B2B professional services team.
- Continuous professional development.
