NEW CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
- Design, create and implement new content around Search / Staffing/ Payroll Learning objectives identified in program development.
EXISTING CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
- Update existing ‘teachable’ lectures with approved changes. Include ‘level one’ evaluation (knowledge transfer).
- Get feedback from users for both NEW and EXISTING content improvements.
- Suggest improvements.
- Report Content Development Plan progress weekly.
- Run the ‘helpdesk’ and report back on issues identified monthly.
- Administer the ‘outside agency’ lists and get new providers approved.
- One years experience in developing instructional material for adults. (business related instruction). Or you may have two years experience of running training programs for adults and can show a well developed set of ‘facilitator tools’ (evidence of interactive learning experience)
- Confident verbal communicator able to handle interactions with senior managers and professional staff
- Good English.
- Copywriting in English skills Evidence of high quality written online material (English or Vietnamese).
- You will be familiar with working online training websites.
- Computer skills; You will need to be computer literate, especially with browser and web based apps
