1. Supports recruitment activities to ensure that best-fit talent is identified for open roles with a hiring methodology that is sensible and process-adherent, includes:
-­ Work with management and internal HR to identify and requisition appropriate headcount authorization
-­ Ensure Job Description/role documentation is accurate and compliant prior to submission to Global Compensation for benchmarking and analysis
-­ Administratively support a robust interview and selection process to produce a best-fit final candidate identification
­- Accurate preparation of coordination/production of jurisdiction-appropriate employment contract documents
­- Responsible for ensuring all facets of the pre-employment process (background checks, pre-employment medical exams, drug tests) are successfully completed for each candidate hired

2. Support onboarding and orientation activities for the assigned organization, ensuring a successful company introduction to new hires; activities to include:
-­ Direct facilitation of new hire documents and first-day support activities with the pending hire, HRIS/Payroll, and local site administrative support
- Support follow-on activities including SOX policies acknowledgment and post-orientation communications

3. Actively partner with employees and managers throughout the assigned organization to provide a one-stop shop of HR support for current employment matters, including:
-­ Coaching the correct use of Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service transactions in FS HRMS (Workday)
­- Assisting with policy interpretation and adherence
­- Working with payroll to resolve pay issues and questions brought forward
­- Answering benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution
­- Organizing and maintaining employee document files and ensuring compliance at all times to applicable retention schedules
­- Ensuring employee lifecycle HCM transactions are initiated and completed correctly and on-time
­- Help to support HR administrative activities associated with employee changes like promotions, job changes, demotions, disciplinary events, terminations, etc.

4. Recommend improvements to, implement, deliver, and ensure the adherence to, HR processes, policies,
frameworks, reports/documentation, requirements, and systems, to include activities like:
-­ Preparation and delivery of basic analyses, reports, datasets, and presentations
­- Assist with communication rollout within the HR group and to managers and employees to include an appropriate level of self-service guidance and promotion
-­ Support the efforts to audit and perform regular loopback to ensure policies are understood and lived by managers and employees and full compliance at all times with applicable regulations

1. Experience:
- At least 2 years of progressive administrative experience in Plant/Manufacturing Site Human Resources
- Basic knowledge of the Labor Code and all relevant Vietnamese employment regulations, laws, and typical work practices relevant to manufacturing environment required
2. Education:
- High School Graduation Certificate required; Associates Degree with major in Human Resources, Business, or relevant discipline preferred
3. Required Skills:
- Professional business speaking and written fluency in Vietnamese.
- System-savvy with the hands-on mentality and global HRMS familiarity; Office suite proficiency required and Workday HRMS preferred.
- Ability to self-prioritize workload and effectively pivot in a fast-paced dynamic environment to drive effective results.
- Ability to effectively work with all levels and diversity of organizations and associates throughout the company and create positive relationships
