Provides direct HR - Admin oversight for Vietnam plant: Oversees the full spectrum of HR functions primarily in talent acquisition & retention; compensation and benefits; employee relations; payroll processing; training & development and labour law compliance.
Supervise the service performance of the security contractor, canteen operator and other contractors
Participates in development of strategic workforce planning around business goals and objectives.
Participates in and counsels managers on performance related issues and conflict resolution.
Ensures HR compliance with Company policies and procedures and compliance with regulatory agencies.
Ensure a safe and conducive working environment for all employees.
Maintain communication with line management, worker and Employee’s Union to attain a thorough understanding of the operational needs and employee needs, foster understanding and build rapport among the three parties
Reported to Group HR Manager (overseas) and General Manager of the factory of matrix management structure
Degree holder in business administration or other related discipline
At least 5 years’ managerial working experience in manufacturing sector. Prefer candidate with garment experience.
Strong communication skills, especially with staff of different cultural background
Mature, strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, able to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of both written and spoken English, native Vietnamese, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Prefer candidate who lives in Binh Duong.
Working Hours: 8 hours/day. 6 days/week.
