Starting work in 1999, she was promoted to Manager role in 2006 and learned about process improvement, production planning, HR and strategy. In 2009, She began her customer service career working with foreign buyers for a European company. In 2012, She was promoted to lead a team of customer service professionals.
She has travelled extensively in Europe, Australia, Korea and Asian countries to attend training courses. In 2016, She also joined the delegation to go to the USA to discuss business with Partners in 5 States.
She decided to join HR2B to continue her career in Customer Service Management in the professional services industry. Her unique background of process management, strong communication skills and team leadership will enable to ensure HR2B customers get world class service. In order to achieve the goal of world class customer service, She has been promoted to "Director HR Services” with overall responsibility for Payroll, Staffing and other HR Outsourcing Services.
