- Understand the signed contract and the proposed Client Project Plan, SOW, KPI and contract terms and conditions.
- Carry out all processes relating to providing payroll with information for monthly payroll of employee, and resolve/ feedback to employee’s inquiry for any payroll issues;
- Carry out all processes relating to SMUI and AON to employee.
- Carry out all processes relating to PIT.
- Assist expat on immigration process and follow up with service agency to complete it: visa, work permit, TRC,...
- Be involved in Admin work of assigned project.
- Be involved in new business development activities to build the business for the future.
- Report to the Manager Consulting
- Work as a team member on Client projects.
- Work location is out of office - within 50km of an HR2B office.
- May be supervised by Client representative and follow Client work hours.
- No assigned seat at HR2B office,
- Paid a daily allowance for lunch
- Vietnamese national with a university degree;
- > 3 years experience of working in Comp and Ben / Payroll related job;
- Knowledge of SMUI and private insurance terms and conditions.
- Experience of implementing payroll for at least 100 employees.
- Customer service oriented;
- Good English skills (>=IELTS 4.0);
- Strong computer skills;
- Calm, friendly, outgoing, able to get along with people well;
- Professional look and attitude;
- Highly organized and energetic
