- Inbound lead follow-up, and traditional outreach.
- Help improve and develop the channel partner business model.
- Work with marketing to attract potential channel partners.
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Identify, nurture and successfully sign up channel partners.
- Support channel partners and regularly review to achieve quotas.
- Degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, Administration or a related area.
- Proven track record for channel development & business development.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about HR / talent management.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering engaging presentations to small and large audiences.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese communication / spoken and written.
- Excellent presentation, business and negotiation skills
